分離傳感端子(附帶浪湧電壓保護功能)外部調整滯後 外接延遲電容式電壓檢測器

XD6132系列產品是超小型,高精度,分離傳感端子,外接延遲電容式的高精度電壓檢測器。由於採用了CMOS工藝,高精度基準電源,激光微調技術,實現了高精度,低消耗電流。
由於傳感端子與電源輸入端子分離,可以監控其他電源的電壓,即使監控電源的電壓降低到0V,也能保持檢測輸出的狀態。傳感端子適用於檢測高電壓,能用外接電阻任意地設定檢測,解除電壓。而且還內置了浪湧電壓保護電路。
此外由於內置了延遲電路,通過為Cd/MRB端子連接了電容,使其能具有任意地解除延遲,檢測延遲的功能,還可作為手動復位端子使用。由於使用了外調滯後端子,能使其具有足夠的滯後寬度。
*特瑞仕的車載專用產品XD系列通過了AEC-Q100標準的信賴性試驗測試。
